Got my 2010 vibe drrty cheap. It is a special order car a/c delete (was standard on 2010) manual locks, windows and gearshifting, and awesomely tpms delete (jealous? apparently you can do that in Canada, where its cold and tpms works even worse.) Knew the car had been there for awhile from the brakes, knew the dealer, knew it would be there for awhile because i’ve had a hard time selling jalopish (manual, spartan, usually custom) vehicles in the past. Needed a car that day, not dream car, sensible transport that’s not a project. Only requirements: clutch and hatch. Not in love with it, but the vibe is damn fine transportation.

Its actually kinda pretty, my wife once came back to town to find a brown 1965 Pontiac Strato Chief in the driveway. She came around eventually, learned to drive three on the tree and was quite proud of our restored fire apple red sled.
